SURF CENTRAL NEEDS ADULT VOLUNTEERS
Surf Central needs adult volunteers willing to help middle and high school students with their homework. A background check is mandatory, with the fingerprint scan about$16.00.
As a regular volunteer, you'll be asked to serve a minimum of one shift a month between 3:00 to 4:30 PM, or 4:30 to 6:00 PM on a Wednesday and/or Thursday.

SURF CENTRAL NEEDS DONATIONS! Surf Central is an outreach of the Community Central Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Donations are needed to cover a variety of expenses.
Can you help out with any of the following?
--Software and Licensing Fees $2,500/year
--Liability Insurance $1,200/year
--Coffee Bar Supplies $2,000/year
--Promotion & Web Hosting $ 500/year
All donations are tax-deductible (Tax ID# 20-8811980). When you click the "Donate Now" link located above, you can make a donation through a secure site, using your credit card. You'll receive an IRS-approved electronic receipt which you can print and save for your records.
You can also write a personal check, made out to the Community Central Foundation, and mail it to 10460 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. You will receive a donation receipt in the mail.
Students who attend Surf Central for homework help can also help by placing a cash donation in the box next to the sign-up sheet at the entrance to the learning center. $1 donation for an Italian soda is appreciated.
